This is the perfect solution for internal filtering - no need to cut a hole in the building to extract, it is all done with filters. After installation i was worried that there seemed to not be enough pull compared to our Spray booth, but i soon realised that, if the pull of extracted air was any greater the powder would not be able to statically sit on the metal parts. This Solution is a perfect fit for our products, we have a medium workflow on powder coated parts, but this extraction will be able to handle much more of a heavy usage. Customer service is great! At the moment these extraction walls with single phase 230 volt motors are unavailable. We can offer the same fan with 3 phase 400 volt motor instead. Sorry for inconvenience.

Powder extraction wall NordicPulver video presentation:

NordicPulver powder coating extraction wall XL will help you keep your powder coating area tidy and safe from airborne powder. It is perfectly sized to be used with NordicPulver model XL powder coating oven and its stand. This powder coating extraction wall measures 175cm high and 87cm wide and weights 70kg.

Included is 1500m3/h fan with 400V 1100w three phase motor. Fan should be placed at least 3 meters away from an extraction wall or preferably in a separate room so dust can not reach motor. Fan should be connected by a duct to an extraction wall.

Integrated filter indicators let you know when to change filters. White blanket filter that measures 163x66cm lasts for approximately 5kg of powder sprayed and costs 8 EUR including vat from us. Filter price ends up being just around 0,20 EUR per car wheel. There are also two pocket filters behind blanket filter that need to be changed every 125kg of powder sprayed. We can supply both blanket and pocket filters.

Extraction wall is CE marked and comes with a 24 months warranty.
