We have a selection of powder coating ovens. All of the ovens have an analog thermostat controller and the temperature can be set between 0°C - 220°C by a user. Ovens are made in Lithuania and we provide customer support after purchase and all the spare parts if you need any. Oven is CE marked and comes with a 24 months warranty.

NordicPulver Model XL

NordicPulver model XL powder coating oven is our newest and yet biggest powder cure oven that can also be used for composite curing. This oven can hold up to 4 alloy wheels at once. Additionally we can offer a powder coating frame that was built for this oven and our custom made steel hooks for allow wheels for quick and easy powder coating process.

Internal size is 160x85x60 (57cm where heating element is) cm. External size is 177cm high and 101cm wide and 71cm deep. Reaches 180°C in 25 minutes and maximum (220°C) temperature in 35 minutes. Comes with a Schuko plug that is regular electrical plug in Germany and most European countries. Requires standard 230V single phase 50 Hz electricity so can be used in any workspace. Uses just 2800w of electrical power so regular 16amp circuit breakers are sufficient.

NordicPulver Model M

NordicPulver Model M oven is a perfect choice for hobby powder coaters or small businesses who lack space in their production facilities and are looking for the professional, durable and trustworthy powder coating oven.

Internal size is 54x60x90 cm (H x W x D). External size is 67x75x96 cm (H x W x D). Reaches 180°C in 25 minutes and maximum (220°C) temperature in 35 minutes. Comes with a Schuko plug that is regular electrical plug in Germany and most European countries or UK plug. Requires standard 230V single phase 50 Hz electricity so can be used in any workspace. Uses just 1300w of electrical power so regular 16amp circuit breakers are sufficient.

Oven is made out of high quality laser cut galvanized steel sheets packed with 30mm thick high density Rockwool insulation (equivalent to regular 60mm thick insulation). Internal sufaces of the oven are covered in thin aluminium sheets to lower heating up time.

NordicPulver Model M KIT (requires assembly)

NordicPulver Model M KIT oven is the same oven as Model M, but you can save a lot of money on delivery by purchasing our ovens partly assembled. Partly assembled ovens are delivered in carton boxes instead of palletes which makes delivery costs a few times lower.

A whole assembly process takes just 45 minutes and requires to screw-in 122 screws. All the wiring is already assembled by us. Take a look at the video we made how to assemble the Model M KIT oven.

NordicPulver Model M Extended

NordicPulver Model M Extended oven is the same oven as Model M, but you get a bigger oven in depth - Internal size is 54x60x110 cm (H x W x D). External size is 67x75x116 cm (H x W x D).

Just like Model M oven, Model M Extended is fully assembled, tested and delivered to you on a pallet.
