Payment

Goods can be paid for by PayPal which also accepts bank cards or by a bank transfer.

Right of withdraval

In European Union countries contract can be withdrawn within fourteen days of customer receiving goods. No reason of withdrawal has to be given. Customer is not subject to any additional costs except for the cost of shipping the goods back to us.  We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving goods.

NordicPulver keeps right to cancel contract at any time.

Guarantee

Equipment is supplied with two years EU guarantee for repair or replacement if items turn out to be faulty or not as advertised. If item can not be repaired or replaced in a reasonable time, refund or price reduction can be offered. Guarantee starts from the day of receiving goods. Fault must be informed to the supplier within two months of discovering it.

Shipping outside EU

Customer is responsible for any additional fees imposed by the country of customer. Customer must learn any regulations that can prohibit product entrance to the country of destination and is liable for any additional fees associated with it.
